Fancy cooking

For reasons that will make themselves crystal clear, tonight was time for a celebration. Initially there were thoughts of take aways or visits to a fancy restaurant or burger joint. Or a fancy burger joint. But then the ideal solution arrived, a place where the famous chef was actually in the kitchen and loved to share his wild and untamed creativity.

If you're a regular reader you'll know exactly the establishment that's being referred to so there's no need to spell it out. What you will want to hear about is the menu and it's well worth it as I really wanted to give the boat a good shove as I pushed it out.
Just a little something I threw together.
Everything started with a trip to the fish shop and a freshly filleted sea bream. Next stop was the veg shop and a selection of other fancies. Wait a second! Before this goes on, it's probably worth pointing out that this is being written while the alchemy takes place so I've no clue what the plate will look like, let alone if everything has survived the cooking process.

The plan was to cook most of the elements in a very cool oven, about 125c if you're curious and these included... Hold on!, they're almost ready. Very quickly then, oyster mushrooms, mini potatoes, onion and tomatoes in balsamic vinegar and savoy cabbage.

With any luck I'll have posted a picture that did it justice and been able to celebrate with an appropriate plate of goodies. I've got to serve up, catch you tomorrow.
