Tough crowd. Competition time!

You are a very demanding and observant audience, which I appreciate by the way. Following yesterday's story, as well as comments about the beauty of Rosie, for that is her name, there were a number of complaints that it was an old photo.

You have every right to be at the cutting edge so as well as an up to date photo, there's going to be a little competition to make things a little a more interesting. Below is a picture of the stunning Rosie, taken this morning for maximum freshness, and below that will be the question.
Now even more beautiful. But can you spot the differences?
There are two changes that have taken place between yesterday's picture being taken and the one above. For the chance to win a spiffy and very useful probe thermometer all you need to do is write and tell me what they are. And just to be clear, the passenger seat is an interchangeable accessory so that's not the answer and if you point out that she looks dirtier today's picture, you will be sent to the back of the class.

The probe thermometer up for grabs to the observant winner is particularly relevant while the weather is getting us all crowding enthusiastically round our BBQs. I'm sure you've been given a nearly incinerated sausage or drumstick straight off the barbie only to cut it open and find raw, pink flesh. Those days will be gone with a probe in your life.

The probe part of the thermometer is a robust needle that penetrates to the centre and gives you the temperature at the tip, letting you know, via the digital display, when the centre is cooked and it's safe to eat. As easy as it is to forget, the weather isn't always like this and BBQing becomes more infrequent, however, the probe remains useful throughout the year letting you know not only if your Sunday roast is cooked (chicken for example) but also how cooked (like beef). Don't worry if you're not a winner this time, they are easily available to buy and you will never fathom how you got on so long without one.
